Rules

This is translation of the rules in Czech language. In case of difference, the Czech version takes priority!

Event Rules

1. It is prohibited to possess or consume alcoholic beverages, toxic substances, or addictive drugs within the event premises. The event organizer is not responsible for any damage caused by violation of this rule.
2. Smoking is prohibited within the event area.
3. It is forbidden to litter the event premises or to post flyers or advertisements. Any damage must be reported to the organizers without delay.
4. The use of electrical appliances over 100W (e.g., toaster, electric kettle, PC) must be approved by the event organizer.
5. Visitors are required to wear their wristband ticket at all times during the event. If the wristband is torn off, the ticket becomes invalid. No replacement will be issued for torn wristbands.
6. Responsibility for individuals under the age of 15 lies with an accompanying adult over the age of 18. Advík and its organizers bear no responsibility for unaccompanied visitors under 15 present at the event.
7. All weapons are prohibited at the event; cosplay prop weapons must be declared and approved at the information desk.
8. In all disputes, the organizer's decision is final, and participants are obliged to follow the organizer’s instructions.
9. By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These photos and videos may be used for Advík promotional purposes.
10. Animals are not allowed at the event.
11. The wristband remains the property of the organizer until the end of the event.
12. The organizer has the right to expel any visitor from the event in case of rule violations or inappropriate behavior. This decision is final.
13. All participants must comply with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Terms and Conditions for the Advík Event

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of online tickets for the Advík event, a summer festival focused on Japanese pop culture held in Prague.

2. Ticket Sales

Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are sold exclusively online.

3. Exchange of Online Tickets for Wristbands

An online ticket can be exchanged for a wristband upon entry, which grants access to the event.

4. Transferability of Online Tickets

An online ticket is transferable and may be sold to another person.

5. Organizer's Right Not to Exchange a Ticket for a Wristband

The organizer reserves the right not to exchange an online ticket for a wristband, in which case a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

6. Non-transferability of Wristbands and Loss of Validity

A wristband is non-transferable. If the wristband is lost, it becomes invalid and will not be replaced.

7. Violation of Event Rules

In case of violation of the event rules, the organizer has the right to expel a person from the event without the right to a refund.

8. Applicability of Czech Laws

Advík takes place in Prague and is governed by the Czech Republic laws.

PERSONAL DATA

1. The event organizer stores personal data to ensure the operation of the event. In case of visitors, only name and email are stored. In case of volunteers or program collaborators, additional data may be collected.
2. The organizer commits to never sell or provide personal data to third parties.
3. Personal data may be used for marketing purposes; approximately 1–2 emails per year may be sent with news about the current edition of the event. You can unsubscribe by clicking the link in the email footer; this unsubscription is final and applies to future years. Transactional emails—such as payment confirmations or ticket delivery—are not affected by the unsubscription.
4. If interested, you can contact the organizer at info@advik.cz to request a record of stored data or to request deletion from the database. These requests will be fulfilled.
